In the second quarter of the possible Steelers victory over the New York Jetssecurity Minkah Fitzpatrick Jumped over the offensive line to block an additional point.
The Steelers had the chance to return this ball for two points, but the flags were quickly stolen and it was called to a lever penalty.
Pittsburgh special team coordinator Danny Smith was seen furious after the appeal, shouting to decision -making arbitrators.

The missed call allowed the jets to go for a two -point conversion, effectively creating a swing in two points in the game.
It didn’t matter at the end, because the Steelers beat the jets 37-15, but it was important in the moment.
“It’s a shame, because it was an important game of Mink and it created a two -point scenario for them that could have changed the texture of how this game was going,” said Tomlin.
“But it’s life, guy. You have to smile at that and I expect our group to do it.”
