Amazon Video premium Country star enlisted Eric church and the former rebirth chief of Clearwater Clearwater John Fogerty To update the classic of the group “Up around the bend” for use as theme for the new cover of the streamer of Nascar.
“Working with both Eric Church – an incredible artist who is a real Nascar fan – and the legendary John Fogerty to put a new tour of his emblematic hit gives our cover a distinctive sound that corresponds to the energy of sport,” said Stacey Rosenson, head of American sports marketing, privileged video, in a press release. “Integration of the hymn into our new advertising featuring the legendary duo of Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Steve Letarte, alongside the star of the Cup Cup Chase Elliott, draws from the heart rate of Nascar and highlights our commitment to offer a unique, fun and exciting viewing experience.”
Other media companies work a little more to win fans to new race properties. Fox Sports earlier this year managed promotions that featured Josef Newgarden, who won Indianapolis 500 back to back twice, with Tom Brady, main analyst of Fox Sports NFL, To win fans for Indycar.
The song begins Thursday in advertisements that boast the cover of Prime Video and will appear on the linear platforms leading to the beginnings of May 25. Advertising, produced by 77 Ventures and Boomshot, presents the race icon and video analyst Prime Dale Earnhardt Jr., analyst Steve Letarte and the Cup Series series Chase Elliott.
The new anthem will be presented at first during the presentation by Prime Video of the Coca-Cola 600 by Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sunday May 25 and will be woven in the shows throughout the exclusive package of the Nascar Cup Nascar Cup series.
