Packers Running Back Josh Jacobs scored a hit in 11 consecutive games, including the playoffs. He will only become the fifth player in the history of the League to do so in 12 consecutive games if he scores against the Browns on Sunday.
Jacobs was distraught by his chance to join an elite business until the offensive meeting on Thursday.
“I I don’t really know Too much about it, “said Jacobs, via Wes Hodkiewicz on the team’s website.
The last to perform a sequence of 12 games with a precipitated touch was the Hall of Famer Ladainian Tomlinson in 2004. John Riggins (15 consecutive games in 1983), Emmitt Smith (14 in 1995 and 13 from 1994 to 1995) and George Rogers (13 in 1985-1986) are the other players of the exclusive club.
“It is a guy that I tried to grow by playing this position as a ball carrier, so it’s really a great honor,” said Jacobs about Tomlinson. “But, guy, I don’t really search or don’t look at it. I am more concerned about victories and losses.”
Jacobs has 42 races for 150 yards and two affected this season, and the packers are 2-0.
