Francisco Lindor and his wife, Katia, were everywhere at the start of the New York Mets on Tuesday.
As part of the Mets Hispanic Heritage Evening, the club had Katia, a classic violinist, interpreting the national anthem on its violin. Holding their son, Koa, and standing with the girls Kalina and Amapola, Francisco could not have looked more proud.
Francisco had his own pre-match moment when he was honored as a nominated in 2025 of the food in 2025 for the Roberto Clemente Award, who recognizes the player who “best represents the baseball game through an extraordinary character, of community involvement, philanthropy and positive contributions, both out of the field”.

“She does not do it as if she was at the time, when she was doing four to five hours a day … We have the baby now, but she is still two hours each time she gets the time,” he said.
The Lindors connected for the first time when Francisco contacted Katia on Instagram, and they got married in 2021, the year when Francisco joined the dishes via a Cleveland trade. With a 10 -year contract in hand, the pair appears in New York in the foreseeable future.
