Eurobasket 2025 begins on August 27 with 24 teams in competition to be champions of Europe.
The 24-team tournament is back for the first time since Spain beat France to take gold in 2022. The land is divided into four groups of six with the four best teams from the group game in a lap in Lock-out at 16 teams. This year, Cyprus, Finland, Latvia and Poland host the group game while the direct elimination round will be held in Riga, in Latvia.
This year’s field is NBA All-Stars and players, including Luka Donic (Slovenia), Nikola Jokic (Serbia), Giannis antetokounmpo (Greece), Kristaps Porzingis (Latvia), Lauri Markkanen (Finland) and Franz Wagner (Germany).
The tournament will take place until September 14 – two weeks before the opening of the NBA training camps – when the third match and the championship finish the action in Riga. All the games will be broadcast on Dazn.
