Nascar, in a recent legal file, decided not to “issue, sell, transmit or rent additional charters” for the rest of the 2025 season. They also declared that without the approval of the court, they would not continue the sale of inactive charters previously held by Stewart-Haas Racing.

In the new judicial files, Nascar indicated that he would not emit, would not sell, will not transmit or praise additional charters in the 2025 season of the Cup series until it will register its trial against 23X Racing and First row car sports. It is also indicated in the file that Nascar will not finalize any transaction involving the two inactive charters that the team had to Stewart-Haas Racing without judicial authorization. In addition, for the 2026 season, Nascar not emitting, will not sell, will not transport or praise more than four additional charters until legal affairs with 23XI and FRM are settled.

Jordan Bianchi reported X:

“In a new NASCAR file, he indicates the following: Nascar represents that he will not deliver, will not sell, do not transmit or praise any additional charter for the season of the 2025 Cup series;” Nascar represents that, without approval from the court, he will not accept selling, guest or lease; “Nascar represents that he will not emit, will not sell, will not transmit or praise more than four (4) additional charters for the 2026 series season.”

In a new NASCAR file, he indicates the following: “Nascar represents that he will not publish, sell, do not transmit or praise any additional charter for the season of the 2025 Cup series;” Nascar represents that, without approval of the court, he will not accept selling, transfer or rental of

It is a self-imposed ceiling which is intended to save the sacred character of the charter system and to avoid other disorders or the claims of injustice as the antitrust dispute is developed. This actually seals the charter contract market at the end of 2025 and to a large extent in 2026, legally protecting the participating teams and ensuring that no final decision is taken before the trial between NASCAR, 23X RACING and FRM is decided.

Nascar vs 23xi racing and from becomes ugly; Denny Hamlin would have said: “His contempt for the France family is deep”

The legal conflict between Nascar and 23Xi Racing, led by Denny Hamlin, as well as the first Motorsports row (FRM), has intensified with deep personal and professional hostility that has been revealed. The recent publication by the Court of E -mail and text exchanges between the best NASCAR executives and the team owners revealed sarcastic and disdainful attitudes of the management of NASCAR to the efforts of 23X and FRM, including the threats of stripping the charters if the agreements were not signed.

Among the most notable revelations, there was Hamlin blunt::

“My mistake for the France family is deep.”

The two teams presented “tuxedo Gun” documents as proof of the alleged monopolistic behavior of NASCAR, showing the strategies used by NASCAR to block any rival series and keep control of the tracks of the series of cuts and intellectual property. The power imbalance is underlined by references to the “gold codes” of NASCAR – due to their ability to execute the series of cups without contribution from team owners.
