NASCAR sent a clarification to teams of CUP, XFINITY and CRAFTSMAN trucks on Thursday by opposing in the stand stand of another team.
Nascar’s note comes after Christopher Bell stopped in the team of teammate Chase Briscoe to tighten a loose left wheel in last week’s race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Joe Gibbs Racing had spoken for years what to do if a team car needed to tighten a wheel after leaving its stand.
If the wheel had been extinguished after Bell had left the stands road, it would have been penalized two laps and had two crew members at the standing stand for the next two races. By stopping in the dropout of Briscoe for the service, Bell only walked outside the box and had to restart only at the rear of the ground.
Nascar sent the following in the teams to adapt in the stand of another:

If a vehicle receives a service in the stand of another team to correct a security problem, the vehicle will receive a flag status penalty (restart of the tail of the ground or the passage) for the vehicle outside the assigned pit box

If a vehicle receives a service in a stand at another team for competition adjustments, the vehicle can receive a tower penalty (s)
