This campaign earned Witt a silver slugger, a golden glove and a second place in the vote of the MVP of Al behind the judge of Aaron. At just 24 years old, Witt is one of the most exciting players in baseball.

The Royals should open their season on March 27 against the Cleveland Guardians, giving Witt about two weeks to recover before starting to miss the matches that matter.
