THE NASCAR STAPS field changed in 2025But the talent of high -end pilot is still throughout the programming while the teams go to Daytona for the Daytona 500 Opening of the season this week.
With a future driver of the renowned temple of the Nascar recently withdrawn from full -time competition (Martin Truex Jr.), there are still several future loops of the renowned temple in the full -time ranks – and the five will face in 2025.
This group does not have the young stars Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney, William Byron, Christopher Bell and Tyler Reddick, all on variable paths to a career in the temple of fame.
Where are the best active pilots of NASCAR are in the context of the history of sport and the NASCAR HALL OF FAME before the season? Take a look:

Locks of the NASCAR renowned temple: which active drivers should be in the renowned temple?
Locks
-
Kyle Busch
-
Denny Hamlin
-
Joey Logano
-
Brad Keselowski
-
Kyle Larson
All five are not skeptics. Four are champions of the cup, while Hamlin has accomplished everything in sport in addition to a cup title.
Logano (36 victories) and Larson (29 victories) are about to be the next drivers to win 50 career career victories. Busch and Keselowski are both always competitive, although their best job has been done in emblematic rides of yesteryear.
Young, but close
-
Chase Elliott
-
Ryan Blaney
-
William Byron
Given what they did in less than a decade of driving in series of cuts, all three already have a case to be locks. Elliott (19 wins) and Blaney (13 wins) already have cup titles, while Byron (13 wins, including Daytona 500) is the youngest in the trio and could well increase the list of victories of all time S ‘He remains in Hendrick for the rest of his career.
Elliott should probably be in the locking category already given its references and popularity, but it is probably not quite a lock, right? He is likely that he will soon obtain locking status, perhaps from Daytona 500 if he had to win it. Win the shock Earlier this month also helped.
On the right track
-
Christopher Bell
-
Tyler Reddick
It looks like Bell and Reddick began to become legitimate title contenders last season. But both have been factors in recent years, with their best years ahead of them.
Bell, 30, won nine five-season wins of the full-time series series, with the latest Martinsville fiasco in the penultimate race eclipping a 2024 season when he had careers in the top- 5 and an average finish. He finished in the top five in points in each of the last three seasons. Bell is at the dawn of a revolutionary cup title.
Reddick entered for the first time the status of a full-fledged competitor in 2024, with career rects in the top-5, the TOP-10, the average finish and its first appearance of a championship 4. To eight victories during Five full seasons, the 29 -year -old is ready for great things with 23X.
Needs a strong decade next, but can do it
-
Alex Bowman
-
Chris Buescher
-
Ross Chastain
The three pilots have a multi-victory season under their belt and are in competitive cars. The three pilots are now in their thirties.
Bowman is with Hendrick Motorsports but must win more races to follow the Larson, Elliott and Byron teammates. Buescher is in 6th year with RFK Racing and tends to increase with five victories in the last three seasons. Chastain also has five victories in the past three years and has been in the right direction with Trackhouse.
What is the next step for everyone? They will all be pretenders in the playoffs in 2025, but everyone will need a year or two from birth during the next decade to put pressure for the honors of the renowned temple.
(Note that these three pilots are already with legitimately good seasons in their careers, and think about how Martin Truex Jr.’s unlikely race was from 2015 to 24. Truex entered in 2015 with two cup career victories and cup and cup and cup and cup victories During his second season with the non -proven furniture team of ranks.
Three veterans who have a case
-
AJ ALLMENDINGER
-
Justin Allgaier
-
Matt Crafon
The case of AllMendinger is fascinating. With three cup victories and 18 XFINITY series victories, the CV is not overwhelming. But he is one of the best course runners on the road to Nascar for some time and will leave a legacy as one of the most versatile pilots of the 21st century after starting his career in Champ Car. He will be in the full-time CUP series in 2025. What can he add to the big book?
Allgaier and Crafton could have more difficult paths, but both have solid references. Allgaier has just won his first Xfinity series title last fall and is now in the top 10 for the victories of all time in the series with 25. Crafton is a triple champion of the truck series and is in the top- 10 Victories of all time in this series. Allgaier should have several seasons of chances to add to his curriculum vitae, while Crafton’s results have tended to descend in the past two years.
My instinct: Crafton is given all the titles, and Allgaier ends up getting started with a nod to be the dean of the Xfinity garage for a long time. Allmendrener? Some cup victories would not hurt.
