THE NASCAR Cup Series returns in early February to begin its 2025 season.
The season kicks off with the exhibition race The Clash, which moves to Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, from its former home at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. From there, head to NASCAR’s most iconic race: the Daytona 500.
Daytona International Speedway will also host the regular season finale on August 23, before the 10-race playoffs begin the following week at Darlington Raceway on August 31 and conclude on November 2 with the championship race at Phoenix Raceway.
Before the playoffs, the Cup Series will feature 26 regular season races as well as the NASCAR All-Star Race on May 18. The schedule includes ovals of varying sizes, road courses, an oval/road hybrid and a street race in Chicago. .
Media partnerships have also expanded, with Amazon Prime Video and TNT joining Fox, Fox Sports 1, NBC and USA Network as racing broadcasters. Five races will be broadcast exclusively on Prime, including NASCAR’s longest race, the Coca-Cola 600, on May 25.
