WEST LAFAYETTE − In 2018, Jake Trump played in 13 games for Barry Odom’s Missouri Tigers.
Now, for the second time, Trump will work under Odom, now as defensive ends coach for purdue football.
Trump comes to Boilermakers from Arkansas, joining Kelvin Green, defensive line coach moving.
After playing for Odom’s Missouri Tigers, he joined the Arkansas staff working under Odom during his tenure as defensive coordinator.
Trump worked the last five seasons at Arkansas as a defensive quality controller.

“Jake’s experiences will be extremely valuable to the development of our program,” Odom said in a press release. “He has risen through the ranks in the coaching profession and continues to make an impact every step of the way. His ability to recruit, connect with players and coach his group will be huge for our team. Jake understands our philosophy defensively helping to build over the years as a player and coach.”
