Kevin Kisner will remain on the stand for 2025.
Kisner, 40, takes the reins as lead analyst for NBC Sports’ golf coverage in 2025, Sports Business Journal’s Josh Carpenter reported Wednesday morning. After a revolving door of analysts during the 2024 season, Kisner is expected to be in the booth for NBC’s weekend coverage for most of its events during the 2025 season.
An announcement is expected Wednesday, according to SBJ. Kisner will play a few more PGA Tour events in addition to his TGL commitment, which begins in January.
The announcement comes about a month after Paul Azinger, NBC’s senior analyst for five years before his tenure ends in 2023, earned a spot on the booth at PGA Tour Champions events in 2025 as a lead analyst.
Kisner will commentate alongside Dan Hicks at NBC’s biggest events, including The Players Championship, US Open and Open Championship.
Besides Kisner, Brandel Chamblee, Luke Donald and others were among the many on-air talents who served as lead analysts during NBC’s golf coverage in 2024.
In 2025, this is no longer a hobby for Kisner. It’s a lifestyle.
