The Los Angeles Lakers are only eight games into their season. However, Rob Pelinka and the Lakers organization are already looking for a third star to team up with LeBron James and Anthony Davis, according to ESPN’s Ramona Shelburne via the Hoop collective podcast.
The Lakers are off to a 3-5 start to the season. Although they are 3-0 at home, they are still winless away. As the team looks to improve on its Westen Conference Finals appearance last year, a big move could very well be in the works.
As of now, no big names are linked to the Lakers. However, the rumors will skyrocket as they look to improve their roster. While the Lakers have a strong core, it may take some extra help to win another championship.
