Match 3 recap
After losing Game 2 in OKC, you had to think the Thunder were going to come out strong in Game 3 against Dallas. The Mavs, on the other hand, had won the one-seed home field and were looking to hold the American Airlines Center serve. Although Luka Doncic was shaken and dealing with multiple injuries, Dallas came out and took control of the game early on thanks to Luka, Kyrie and PJ Washington who declared himself as the third option for the star-studded Dallas duo . Their first quarter lead didn’t last long as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander brought his team back into the game and took the lead in the second quarter. The lead would change hands several times, until a 16-0 third quarter by the Mavs gave the home team the lead they would protect for the rest of the game.. Washington led the team with 27, while Kyrie and Doncic both had 22 points in the Game 3 win.
