Knicks vs. Pacers Conference Semifinals Game 3 Results According to NBA 2K24
According to our NBA 2K24 Simulation, the New York Knicks will defeat the Indiana Pacers 115-98. After a sluggish first quarter, the Knicks bounced back and dominated for the rest of the game. The Pacers offense failed to get things going, especially in the second and third quarters. Meanwhile, the Knicks benefited from solid offensive and defensive efforts.
TEAM | Quarter 1 | Quarter 2 | Quarter 3 | Quarter 4 | FINAL |
new York | 21 | 34 | 29 | 31 | 115 |
INDIANA | 25 | 23 | 22 | 28 | 98 |
The Pacers got off to a good start, taking a small lead late in the first quarter. However, Jalen Brunson and the Knicks absolutely dominated the rest of the competition. The Knicks managed to take the lead, and extend it to 14 at the end of the third quarter. They never looked back as they made light work of the Pacers in Game 3.
In terms of player performance, we think Isaiah Hartenstein deserves the ball after a spectacular double-double performance. In total, he finished the day with 28 points, 21 rebounds, 3 blocks, 4 assists and a steal. He accounted for nearly half of the team’s rebounds en route to victory. Additionally, Jalen Brunson had a great day, leading the team in points (29) and assists (10). The Knicks will need both of these guys to continue their efforts in Game 4 and beyond.
As for the Pacers, Tyrese Haliburton ended up being the only player to drop 20. However, it was a rough day for the All-Star, who only converted 9 of 21 total field goal attempts. The rest of the team didn’t play any better either, with no notable performances from the rest of the team. They’ll have to make some serious adjustments if they think they can get back into this series.

With this victory, the Knicks take a 3-0 lead in the series. This doesn’t feel like a question of “if”, but rather a question of “when” the Knicks will win the series now. However, a strong win in Game 4 means less risk of injury and more time to recover for the next series. However, the Knicks still need one more win and cannot afford to lose a game and keep the Pacers’ hopes alive. We’ll see if they can achieve that in Game 4.
As for the Pacers, things are looking beyond bleak right now. The team desperately needs to find a way to contain players like Brunson and Hartenstein if they want to make things right. However, winning four games in a row, while avoiding injuries, will be almost impossible. Do the Pacers have what it takes to turn things around in Game 4? We’ll know soon enough.
In terms of accuracy, we think the score and stats look pretty authentic. However, we always strive to make it more realistic. Whether it’s adjusting queues or CPU sliders, we hope to create an authentic and enjoyable experience for you. Regardless, we also had fun watching the game.
Our biggest obstacle right now is accounting for injuries. We’ve already tried creating custom rosters to account for injuries. However, this caused our feeds to crash several times. Therefore, we are trying to look for new ways to create more realistic match day compositions.
