Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. (KONAMI) today announced a special collaboration between eFootball™ 2024 and the Japanese soccer anime series “Blue Lock,” bringing a range of themed maps, avatars, kits, in-game challenges and more to KONAMI’s long-running video game franchise.
eFootball™ x Blue Lock
During the limited campaign period, users can add a range of Blue Lock special edition cards to their Dream Team squads, starting with the free signings of Takefusa Kubo and Filippo Inzaghi. These signatures are part of a series of eFootball™ cards specially designed in collaboration with Blue Lock characters and real football stars.
As part of this collaboration, limited edition “Blue Lock Team Red” and “Blue Lock Team White” stripes can be worn by all Dream Teams. Unlock the Team White kit with the “Blue Lock Pack: Yoichi Isagi” and by participating in the “Tour Event: Blue Lock 2”sd “Selection” users can receive the “Blue Lock Team Red” kit. Through various campaign achievements and challenges, users can grab a ton of loot totaling up to 150,000 Exp., 60,000 GP, and 50 eFootball™ Coins – a profitable collaboration for sure!
eFootball™ Championship: Arsenal FC
With the World Finals in Tokyo fast approaching, the next club to launch their eFootball™ Championship club event is London giants Arsenal FC. Fans around the world can compete for the chance to represent “The Gunners” on eFootball™’s biggest eSports stage via the online qualifiers launching on the 25th.th March.
To accompany this, there will also be the addition of special edition Big Time cards to the game featuring three of the current players and their custom designs: Takehiro Tomiyasu, Gabriel Martinelli and Kai Havertz.

New Feature and Gameplay Updates
The latest version of eFootball™ also brought a host of new features and gameplay improvements designed to address key user feedback and improve the player experience.
“Position Training” will allow users to use exclusive items to train up to two position skills per player. This will allow them to customize their features and further customize their tactical setups.
Defensive conviction will also be improved – improving defenders’ ability to win the ball back accurately – as well as strengthening individual heading abilities. This will allow players with strong real-world head attributes to showcase this in-game in both offensive and defensive situations. New objective performances will also be added.
