The Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA), the Schuylkill Chamber and the National Federation of Independent Business will host a “Small Business Policy Forum,” breakfast 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., The Wherehouse, 215 Pine St., Hamburg. This members-only breakfast will focus on state policies and legislation that affect the ability of small businesses to open and grow and will feature a moderated panel of state legislators from Berks Counties and Schuylkill. The Manufacturers Resource Center will host “Train the Trainer,” 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m., Manufacturers Resource Center, Allentown. In this hands-on workshop, trainers practice coaching, conflict management, and handling classroom challenges, receiving valuable feedback. The Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA) will host its “Taste of Berks,” 5 to 8 p.m., Berkshire Mall, 1665 State Hill Road, Wyomissing. Attendees can enjoy samples from more than 30 food and beverage vendors while enjoying a photo booth, Courtney Caricatures, access to the rest of the mall and a visit with Santa.
