Dame and Giannis solve problems
It was the stuff of the offseason. The summer blockbuster. After much speculation about where Damian Lillard might end up, the Bucks front office made a shocking decision to tap longtime Trail Blazer to join forces with Giannis Antetokounmpo. The first 40 games haven’t gone bad by any means for the league’s new power duo, but Dame and the Greek Freak are still figuring out how to play with each other. Lillard is still averaging 25.3 points per game and shooting around his career average of 43% from the field, but the concern comes more on the defensive side of the ball. The Bucks sent Jrue Holiday to Boston, which allowed Lillard to come to Milwaukee, but by sending away their former point guard, they lost the intensity he brings to the defensive side of the game and have yet to get it back .
