THE Choice #1 in 2025 NFL Draft is very much at stake for the New England Patriots.
on Saturday 40-7 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers brought the Patriots’ record in 2024 to 3-13. They had the second pick going into Sunday’s games, but moved up to first place after the New York Giants beat the Indianapolis Colts to improve to 3-13.
The Jacksonville Jaguars and Las Vegas Raiders both improved to 4-12 with wins Sunday, meaning there are only four three-win teams: Patriots, Tennessee Titans, Giants and the Cleveland Browns, who are each 3-13 after losing in Week 17.
The Patriots possess tiebreaker strength over these three teams thanks to weaker strength of schedule.
