The Sweet 16 is ready!
As the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament begins Thursday, Vegas has its chances of winning the national championship, as well as each region, set.
Duke is the favorite to cut down the nets at 13/4, with Villanova close behind at 9/2. “Nova is also one of the tied favorites to win the East Region and advance to the Final Four.
The ‘Cats also open as 5.5-point favorites for Friday’s regional semifinal against West Virginia.
